HookGenX provides state-of-the-art AI generation tools. All specific outputs (hooks, scripts, and captions) generated through your authenticated account are your exclusive property for commercial use. You retain full copyright over any final content produced using these outputs.

Algorithmic Variance: You acknowledge that AI models may produce similar variations for different users based on common prompts. HookGenX provides the engine, but the final execution and unique implementation are the responsibility of the creator.

3. Account Stewardship

As a premium user, you are responsible for the security of your authenticated session. You agree to notify HookGenX immediately of any unauthorized access. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that compromise the integrity of our neural network through automated scraping or unauthorized API access.

4. Ethical Usage Standards

The Service must be used exclusively for lawful, professional growth. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:

• - Generating content that promotes illegal acts, violence, or systemic harm.
• - Utilizing the engine for mass-spam or automated misinformation campaigns.
• - Attempting to reverse-engineer or degrade the performance of the HookGenX infrastructure.

5. Service Integrity & Liability

HookGenX provides an elite toolkit, but we do not guarantee specific viral results, as algorithmic reach depends on external platform factors. In no event shall HookGenX be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Service.
